Domaine Ste. Michelle

Over 30 years ago, Chateau Ste. Michelle, Washington State’s oldest winery began producing a line of sparkling wines called Domaine Ste. Michelle. With a focus on creating easy-drinking, affordable wines, winemaker, Rick Casqueiro has created four superior American sparkling wines which are approachable in both style and flavor.

Each bottle at Domaine Ste. Michelle is hand-crafted following the traditional French style of méthode champenoise. Once secondary fermentation has occurred, bottles are riddled, disgorged, topped with a sweet liquid dosage and finished with a special cork. The end result is a premium quality sparkling wine that offers a unique and exceptional value.

Extra Dry
The sweetest in the Domaine Ste. Michelle family, Extra Dry is a rich, golden yellow in color with ripe aromas of pears and crisp green apples. Soft, smooth and slightly sweet, the deep apple flavors are complemented by a citrusy acidity and a lingering, toasty finish. This rich, creamy bubbly is a perfect match for sushi, seafood and just about anything spicy.

Cuvee Brut

The richest and finest of Domaine Ste. Michelle’s series of value bubblies, Cuvee Brut is delicately scented with aromas of pear, pineapple and almond. Bright citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon and lime complement the pear and toast flavors. This sophisticated, dry sparkling wine is well-balanced with a lightly toasty finish. Cuvee Brut pairs very well with Japanese cuisine, artichoke or cheese dips and fried calamari.
